Bantwal: Medical awareness camp concludes

Bantwal, Aug 12: “It is better to take precautionary steps than risk disease. Enjoying good health depends on each individual. We have to live cautiously before it is too late," said Baltheela village health officer Dr Sujay Bhandary.

He was addressing the audience at a medical awareness camp organized by Baskaracharya Science Association, Sri Rama Pre-university College, Kalladka on Sunday August 11.

In addition, he asked the people to maintain cleanliness in and around the houses and schools. “This can solve half of the problems that cause disease”, he stressed.

The winners of sports events from different colleges that participated were felicitated on the occasion. Lecturer Krishna Prasad was present on the dais. Student Nisha welcomed, Poojitha proposed a vote of thanks, and Kareeshma compered the programme.
