Udupi: Man meets watery grave while fishing

Udupi, Aug 14: A man who went fishing at Thottam beach near Malpe met watery grave here on Wednesday August 14.

The deceased identified as Vittal (40) went fishing at around 7 am.

It is learnt that Vittal was washed away by strong currents.

So far the body has not been found. Local swimmers are trying to trace the body.

A case has been registered in Malpe police station.
