Udupi, Aug 18: The idol at Shree Laxmivenkatesh temple here, was decorated with flowers on Friday August 16 as part of 113th Bhajana week celebrations.

A special Maharangapuja was conducted that day.  The entire temple was decorated with flowers on the occasion.  MLA Pramod Madhwaraj and former MLA K Raghunpathi Bhat visited the temple and took prasada.    





On this auspicious occasion of 113th Bhajana week, minister Vinaykumar Sorake visited Sri Laxmivenkatesh temple and took prasada.  The trustee of the temple, P V Shenoy welcomed minister Sorake.  Devadas Shanbhog, Amrith Shenoy, Rohitaksha Padiyar, Mattar Satish Kini, Ananthakrishna Bhat and Shamprasad Kudva were present.

On the seventh day of 113th Bhajana week celebrations, on Saturday August 17 the Laxmivenkatesh idol was decorated with Shri Parandarapura’s Vitala decoration. 

Bajana Mangalotsava will be held on Sunday August 18 consisting of Nagara Bhajane at 10:30 am followed by Mosaru Kudike and Madey bath.
