Bantwal: Science drama contest held at Infant Jesus English Medium School

Bantwal, Aug 25: At a Bantwal taluk level science drama competition held under the joint aegis of State science organization, DSERT and Public education department, a science drama titled 'Bhoomi' enacted by the student’s group of Mani Balavikas English Medium School has bagged first prize and is selected for competition at district level competition.

Eight groups of the taluk had participated in the competition that was held at Infant Jesus English Medium School, Modankapu on Friday August 23. The drama was created and directed by Mounesh Vishwakarma.

Students Vidish Krishna Y, Anup Narayana, Karthik Poojary, Muideen, Sushmitha Shetty, Saurabh Bhat, Aishwarya Nayak and Anusha N Rao had acted in the drama. School administrator Sridhar, and school teachers Jayashree and Yajneshwari N guided the group.

Convenor Prahlad Shetty, high school headmistress Vijayalaxmi Shetty, primary school headmistress Grace P Saldanha and staff have congratulated the group.
