Mumbai, Nov 8: The trailer of the much awaited Dedh Ishqiya has been released. Sequel to the popular Ishqiya movie starring Vidya Balan, Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi, it is back with more scraps for the two lovable thieves to get in and out of.

Directed by Abhishek Chaubey Dedh Ishqiya takes the audience through the 'seven stages' of Love. As Naseeruddin Shah who plays Khaujan explains to Arshad Warsi who plays Babban in the movie the seven stages begin with the first glance and end at the death of the lover.

Considering that it is Madhuri Dixit to be romanced the idea doesn't seem too farfetched for as Naseeruddin Shah himself has said that it is very easy to fall in love with Madhuri. Huma Khureshi plays Munniya while Madhuri essays the role of Begum Para. Dilkashi that is attraction is explained as the first step, followed by uns - attachement, mohobbat -Love, akidat - trust, ibadat - worship, junoon - madness, and finally by maut - death; these seven stages are explained by Khajaun to Babban. The conversation ensues between the two over drinks, which was shown as their favourite past time even in Ishqiya.

The producer of the movie Mansi Maroo was appreciative of the work done by the team, especially director Abhishek and said that the concept was fairly easy for the audiences to relate to. Humour too is said to be imbued in the movie.

The movie is to be released on January 10, 2014.
