Sharjah, Nov 16: Renowned international brand of Blends & Brews Coffee Shoppe has opened its eighth outlet in Sahara Mall Sharjah on November 13 .
Apart from offering its most delicious range of coffees and savories, the new outlet promises to add to its range Sugar Free Beverages, Cakes and Cookies, which will be available online too in the near future.
“This will be our value added benefit keeping in mind people who desist sugary products,” said Farhad C, director Hospitality Division of Thumbay Group.
Marwan Jassim Al Serkal, CEO of Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (SHUROOQ) inaugurated the new out let in the presence of the founder president of Thumbay Group Thumbay Moideen and other dignitaries.
“It will be our endeavor to make our presence in other leading malls all over UAE. Coffees have won many awards in various national and international competitions. Some of the awards include best signature drink of the year-2006, at the 1st UAE barista championship held at Dubai trade center in association with DSS summer fiesta and illy caffé; awarded “platinum award” at the Indian barista championship for the year 2007 - organized by ‘the specialty coffee association of India and coffee board of India’,” he said.
“Our Barista represented Blends and Brews Coffee Shoppe at the World Barista Championship in Tokyo, Japan in July -2007,” he added.
“We strive to maintain and offer high quality products to our valued customers. The demand and customer base has grown over the years and we do not want to disappoint them by limiting our presence. Hence we want to be available close to our clientele” added Farhad.
He went to add “Our strength is our training program which helped us maintain consistency over the years. Our staffs are regularly trained at our academy”.
The strategic plan of Thumbay Group includes addition of 100 outlets in the next 6 - 7 years, within UAE and offer Franchise to partners in other countries including MENA region and India said Thumbay Moideen, founder president of Thumbay Group.
