Aamir, Katrina promote Dhoom: 3 sans Abhishek

When questioned upon the absence of Abhishek Bachchan, co-star Aamir Khan explained that throughout the series of promotional events for the movie, people would get to see various actors and it was ok if one or the other isn't present at any given event. Aamir was speaking at the launch of Dhoom: 3 merchandise, here.

While talking to the press, Aamir concurred with a press person and said that he too would like to see dolls made of Abhishek and Uday Chopra's characters - Jay and Ali respectively. At the event only two dolls were released on of the antagonist characacter played by Aamir and the other of Katrina. About his own doll, Aamir commented that a better job could have been done with the hair.

After chasing after robbers played by John Abraham and Hrithik Roshan, in this third series of the movie, the much loved police duo of Jay and Ali will be chasing their rival, portrayed by Aamir Khan to the ends of the world.

Aamir Khan is also known to have stated that he was informed that if Katrina starred in a movie it was bound to be a hit. He never had an issue with her height and has always admired tall women. He didn't even ask Katrina to shed her heels at any point in time.

All set to release on December 20, the third series of police chasing the bad guys, is eagerly awaited by its many fans.
