Mangalore, Dec 2: "Minorities, back ward castes and Dalith communities are deprived from constitutionally eligible rights.  Even today social justices remained as the nightmare," said AHINDA leader Navin Chandra D Suvarna.

He was addressing the gathering at the AHINDA annual meet organized by AHINDA Dakshina Kannada Unit in Town Hall here on Sunday December 1.

"No government which ruled us till now have done any favor promptly to AHINDA community people’s development.  Although Supreme Court has ordered to implement recommendation of BP Mendol, still 39 recommendations are lagging behind without implementation. Every woman doesn’t have the opportunity to come to the main stream. No government has taken up this issue seriously," he added.

He said "There were several types of oppositions against the Anti Superstitious Bill. It is tried on AHINDA community people to follow the superstition in the name of religion. We are trying to live in self esteem; upper class people are opposing it. AHINDA should join with all community people to lead peaceful life."

"All parties give the power to the people of upper class. There are efforts made to break AHINDA. We should be alert about those who try to break the unity of Minorities, back ward castes and Daliths. We should be organized for development," said Vasudev Bolooru.

Vice president Hamid Kandak said “we should be aware about the social perils that break the society. As we are developing, efforts are made to pull us down."

On this occasion working president BA Mohammed Hanif,  Backward class committee president Dayanada Devadiga, AHINDA leader Vishwanatha Putran, Yusif Wakthar, Felsi Rego, Ramiza Banu and others were present.
