Canara Catholics Fujairah celebrate Christmas

Fujairah, Dec 12: The annual christmas get together by Canara Catholics Fujairah was held on Friday December 6.

The celebration was held at the City Tower hotel Fujairah. The event was exceptional with carols, games music and dance.

The programme began with the prayer by Theresa D’Silva. The president of CCF Prakash Mascarenhas welcomed the gathering. Earlier Melvin Vas explained how important it was to celebrate Christmas and also other festivals together as one community.

Parish priest of Fujairah Church, Fr Patrick gave the Christmas message. The mass then joined the choir in singing the Christmas carols. Santa Clause made an impact on the little children by dancing with them and distributing goodies.

All participated in various fun games and dances.
