Bantwal: Jain Milan holds monthly meeting and information camp

Bantwal, Dec 12: Jain Milan Puttur, Jain Milan Inchlampady and Yuva Jain Milan held their joint monthly meeting at the Narahari mountains in the aegis of Jain Milan Bantwal on December 8.  Details of facilities available to the jain community were discussed in a camp held at Sri Narahari mountain temple premises.

The camp was inaugurated by Dr Atmaranjan Rai, president of Narahari temple renovation committee.  Bantwal Jain Milan president Veer Vrashab Kumar Indra presided over the programme.  S D Somappa, district convener of Dakshina Kannada district minority department gave details of the facilities available to minority jains.

Veer Sudarshan Jain, Mangalore zonal director of Indian Jain Milan who was the chief guest, explained the importance of the meeting.  Amturguthu Mohandas Chowta headed the meeting.  Ichampady Jain Milan president Veerangana Nagakannika and Bantwal Youth Jain Milan president Veer Shreyans Jain addressed the meeting.

Puttur Jain Milan secretary Veer Uday Kumar Ichlampady, Jain Milan secretary Veerangana Suvarnalatha and Bantwal Yuva Jain Milan secretary Navin Kumar were present.  Puttur Jain Milan president Veer Mitrasena Jain welcomed. Veer Subhaschandra Jain conducted the programme.  Bantwal Jain Milan secretary Raj Prasad Ariga thanked the gathering.
