Kasargod: Car rams into divider - One dead, 3 injured

Kasargod, Dec 17: A young man died and three others were injured when a car went out of control and rammed into a divider and toppled. The accident took place at Nullippadi on national highway on Sunday December 15 night.

The deceased has been identified as C M Rishad (23), son of Hameed, a resident of Chengale Kundumoole. 

Mohammed Haris (28) of Erdum Kadavu, Ashraf (22) of Rehmatnagar and Ansar (28) of Mastikundu sustained injuries and were admitted to a private hospital. 

The Maruti car was heading towards Chengala when it hit a divider near Nullippadi and toppled.

The injured who were stuck in the car were pulled out by the locals. Though Rishad also was pulled out and taken to hospital, he could not be saved. 

Rishad was employed in Dubai and had come home two weeks ago.  The body was subjected to post-mortem at Kasargod general hospital.

    May be someone driving is inexperienced.
    Your Gulf Driving is not same not applicable in Indian roads..!!
    Very sad... what's happened..
    Parents earn wealth..and shower on there childrens by buying them with a new car..!!
