Respected Sir, congratulations on returning to DK in an enhanced role as the Deputy Commissioner of the district. People of Mangalore will always remember the visionary initiatives you took during your tenure as the Commissioner of the City Corporation (including giving a facelift for our monuments) and the systematic manner in which you streamlined the administration. It was during your term that MCC bagged the ‘Best City Corporation’ award for the first time and you repeated this success in your subsequent posting in Mysore too. At a time when the district is in need of rapid progress on all fronts, you are the right person in the right place and we are sure you will revitalize the economic and social profile of the district by taking dynamic initiatives and providing effective leadership at every stage.
Please accept our best wishes to you for a successful tenure marked by glowing achievements for the district.

Welcome back & wish you all the best.
Please make Mangalore a clean city and promote "Make The City Clean" slogan. Also fine all those who sell paan/gutka, spit/urinate/throw waste in public places. Give importance to under-ground drainage, road widening, footpaths, cycle-carriage-ways, over-bridges, flowering/shade trees etc.
    Jai Kudla!
