Speed limits for various kinds of vehicles needs to be strictly adhered to. I drive extensively in Mumbai and have seen that not all are in full control of their vehicles. Most people don't have an idea regarding what is a safe speed to drive on a particular road. You must be able to stop your vehicle even if someone is standing in the middle of a road.

sad to see that people still think its ok to kill people on road. however he/she walks he still is not killing anybody . but a driver who has no control of the vehicle with a single minute of concentration might kill someone !

i feel so sad that people agree with the way you think !

Sorry to say you haven't get my point clearly. What I meant from the word 'commuters' means whoever uses the road be it pedestrians or vehicle.

Dear justice, boy was standing on the other side of the road not on the middle of the road where his mother left him. no think of blaming mother or boy.. The driver is solely responsible for his reckless driving..may be over speeding..he couldn't control... poor mother...Oh god give the strength to the parents to bear the loss....very sorry to hear the news
