Udupi, Jan 2: JCI Kaup, the 15th prestigious zone of JCI India has been awarded three national-level awards for holding the best programmes during the year 2013.

The awards were presented at JCI national conference held at Madurai by JCI national president N Ramakrishna to Rakesh Kunjoor in the presence of national level JCI officials and members.

Rakesh Kunjoor was presented an award for personal achievements in the HGF/JFM categories, a winner award for conducting JCI week and programmes in the training departments.  This is the first time the Kaup JCI which has a history of 17 years has received such national level awards.

JCI national vice president Sadananda Navada, Zonal president Sridhar P S, state leader Nayak Y, Sukumar, East zonal president Sampat Suvarna, Allan Rohan Vaz, New zonal president Chandrashekar Nair, members of zonal committee members, national trainer Basuma Kodagu, new Kaup JCI president Anil Kumar, Past president Deepak Kumar Ermal, Jaycerette president Soumya Anil and other members of JCI zone number 15 were present.
