Mangalore: Training camp held for agricultural credit society

Mangalore, Jan 8: Karnataka State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd, Bangalore in collaboration with Dakshina Kannada District Cooperative Union Ltd, Mangalore organised a one day performance training camp for the executive officers who are working in primary agricultural credit societies of Dakshina Kannada, here on Wednesday January 8, at Hotel Saffron Mangalore.

H D Manjunath, co-ordinator welcomed the guests.

K C Veeresh, managing director of Karnataka State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd, Bangalore inaugurated the ceremony and addressing the guests in his inaugural speech said, "The main purpose of our union is to help but we will also make some profits along the way. Without making profit, it is not possible to help others. We have been following our principals and we are going through them."

" We have to show professionalisation in our work. If any problem occurs, we have to take the responsibility and solve the problem very soon. There is lot to learn in this world. Today whatever you are learning, it should be useful for you in the field of work."

Chief guest, joint interrogator of co-operative society, Mysore province, K M Asha, praised the Dakshina Kannada District Cooperative Union Ltd for their tremendous work and wished success for the future.

P B Divakar Rai, president of D K District Cooperative Union Ltd presided, honorary guest, Udupi District Cooperatives Union president, Kishan Hegde Kolkebail, G R Vijaykumar, Chandrakanth Rao B, Chartered Accountant, Mangalore and others were present.
