M'lore: Infant Jesus Feast at Alangar shrine to be celebrated Jan 12

Karkala, Jan 12: The Infant Jesus Feast of the Shrine at Alangar will be celebrated on Sunday January 12 at  5:30 pm.

The concelebrated Holy Eucharist will be presided over by Dr Pius Thomas D'souza, Bishop of Ajmer. Meals will be served for all the devotees soon after the mass.

Prior to the feast, hundreds of people marched on Friday January 10, with vegetables, fruits, rice and cereals as their contribution for the meal for the devotees, which will be served on January 12. Gifts were recieved by the Vicar Vara, Fr Austin Peres and many other guest priests.

Fr Basil Vas, director of the Infant Jesus Shrine, Alangar thanked all for their support.
