Shree Vidyesha Theertha to celebrate 60th anniversary at Bangalore

Bangalore, Jan 14: Shree Vidyesha Theertha of Bhandarkeri math is scheduled to celebrate sixtieth anniversary by religious and literary programmes at Bangalore’s Bhagavatashrama and Bhandraikeri math.

The programmes that are proposed to be held from February 28 till the end of June this year will consist of lectures, discussion forums, presentation of essays, felicitation to students of excellence, publication of novels, discussion with scholars etc.  The programmes will be held under the leadership of Shree Bhandarakeri Sripada.

He is set to felicitate 180 scholars in four different stages.  He will also publish several books and present them to the public.

Several medical camps are proposed at Bangalore and Abboor in Bangalore rural area.  Some eye camps are also proposed.

A fund will be installed for the purpose with an initial amount of Rs five crores.
