Karkala, Jan 21: "People should support BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi unanimously as the country needs a patriotic leader," said Chakravarthi Sulibele, mentor of NaMo Brigade

He was speaking as a chief guest at a youth conference held at Bandimut bus stand. “While Japan has emerged as a model nation in the world, India has been lagging behind as a consequence of 67 years of Congress misrule.

"The founders of Congress were British, Congress is their another face. Nehru had become the Prime Minister of India because of his selfishness and stubborn attitude but he could not take the country towards development. Sardar Patel strived to unite the country while Nehru divided it. We have to unite and fight to make a man who was once a tea seller as the next Prime Minister. It is a matter of great pride for us," he said.

"Mani Shanker Aiyer has portrayed brave Savarkar who has sacrificed his life for the country as a 'traitor'. It is a black spot in the history of the country that a traitor is in the cabinet of ministers at the center," he said.

He asked how the Congress can solve the problems of the country, when it could not solve the problems of Jammu and Kashmir. "The achievement of Congress is dynastic politics and nothing else," he said.

He compared the development of the Gujarat with Congress rule and praised Narendra Modi as the harbinger of development in the country.

Srikanth Kantabettu, convener of NaMo Brigade at Karkala taluk gave a key note address. Businessman Sadananda Shetty, NaMo Brigade district convener Abhinandan, Vijesh Kulal, Suresh Acharya Panduranga Ghatak, Mahendra Kumar, B. Chandrashekar Shenoy, Manjunatha J Rane and Ashok Nayak were present.

Hundreds of NaMo Brigade activists entered via Pulkeri Byepass to Bandimutt bus stand in a bike rally prior to the programme. Police security was deployed at the programme. Pepper spray was given to women for their protection.

Vijayalaxmi led the prayer. Vighul M K welcomed the gathering. Damodar Sharma compered the programme. Ganesh Kotian proposed vote of thanks.

Thank Nehru for dividing the country Otherwise today, you would have begged for rights, reservations and privileges/facilities under minority quota.

Why they lost when they promised to Make India the super power? Our local trouble makers like Kalladka,Sulibele,Muthalik and Pumpwel, attavar are just competing with each other for the lead role of particular community leadership and nothing else.

Sullibele, don't blame Congress alone for underdevelopment of India. Your BJP also is equally responsible for it. People gave your BJP a chance for 5 years and what was their achievement other than demolition of the age old Masjid, Rath Yathras, dividing the nation on religion, releasing the terrorists with national respect ? What was BJP's achievement in Karnataka for 5 years other than watching Porn Movie in Vidhana Soudha, organizing rave parties in St. Mary's Island, enjoying meals in Resorts, attacks on minority and weaker section of society and biting each others tail for power ?

Never compare India to Japan. As long as your party is communal, India can never be united and the progress will be zero. Who is responsible for this Sullibele ? I DO agree Congress is corrupt. But, your BJP is corrupt, stupid, communal and evil. With regards to your comments on 'patriotic' Modi, how patriotic is he ? A patriotic person does not spill venom against his own fellow Indian. A patriotic will never sponsor butchery of his own fellow Indians. A patriotic will encourage his people to join the army and protect the country from external threat. Can you tell me how many Gujjus are in Indian army ? Ee sullibelek bethe bele ijja ? Poora bandal swami. Nambodchi. Election time. Be careful. Jai Hind.

Jossey, I wonder how congress lost in Delhi. They claim to have undertaken development works and have just won 6 seats. In Karnataka at least the past BJP CM's have won and what about Delhi. Dixit lost to a political novice.
