Frank Sivero sues a deli owner


El Cajon (California), July 11 (IANS): Frank Sivero of the "Goodfellas" fame has filed a lawsuit against a deli owner alleging that the latter is using his picture to promote his sandwiches.

Frank recently went to Deli Belly in El Cajon, Calinfornia, and clicked a few pictures with his fans.

The lawsuit says that the owner took one of the pictures and posted it on his website advertising a Frank Carbone sandwhich named after Sivero's character in the film "Goodfellas", reports tmz.com. 

Sivero does not mind the name of the sandwhich, but is angry because his pictures are being without his perimssion.
