Bangalore, July 12: Sammarth Prasad is all set to distribute Puneeth Rajkumar's 'Power ***.'
'Power ***' is a remake of Telugu blockbuster 'Dookudu.' 'Dookudu' starring Mahesh Babu was a blockbuster in Tollywood. The Kannada version is being directed by remake specialist of Sandalwood Madhesh.
Trisha is all set to play the female lead in this film. She is debuting in Sandalwood through this film. The movie also has Sadhu Kokila, Sivaji Prabhu, Rangayana Raghu, Kelly Dorjee, Mandya Ramesh and Kuri Prathap in pivotal roles.
Sammarth Prasad is returning to distribution. He had suffered huge losses as he had bought distribution rights of big budget movies at
outright prices. He has learnt a lesson from his mistakes. Henceforth he will be distributing the films through commission basis.
Prasad recently disrtibuted Ajay Rao's 'Rose,' which is doing average business. He will be distributing Kitty's 'Bahuparaak,' which is all
set to release on July 18.
