Hotelier Kulanjal Balike Raja N Shetty passes away

Mumbai, July 14: Raja N Shetty (79), a resident of Shanti Complex in Sakinaka Povai Tunga passed away at Holy Spirit hospital, Andheri (E) on Monday July 14 morning after a brief illness.

A resident of Kulanjal Balike, Suratkal in Dakshina Kannada district by origin, Raja Shetty was a hotelier and a social worker in Mumbai for the past many years.


He has left behind wife Mohini R Shetty, former executive president of Povai Kannada Sangha, women's wing, a son, two daughters, a large number of friends and relatives.

As per family sources, the last rites of the deceased will be held on Tuesday July 15 evening beginnig from Shanti Complex to the Marol crematorium.
