Mangalore: Ivan D'Souza felicitated by Youth Congress

Mangalore, July 21: "Congress is only party which gives a peaceful life, a secular response and struggle for development of people," said Abhayachandra Jain, state minister for Youth Services and Fisheries.

He was addressing a felicitation ceremony of Ivan D'Souza for being nominated as the MLC; the programme was organized by the Dakshina Kannada Youth Congress and Mangalore South Youth Congress here in the city on Saturday July 19.


After being felicitated, Ivan D'Souza addressed the gathering and said "I have raised voice in the Vidhana Parishad about the development and challenges in the education field."

Mayor Mahabala Marla, B Ibrahim, Kallige Tharanath Shetty, Rohan Montherio, Yashwanthi Alva, Navin D'Souza, Melwyin D'Souza, Praveen Chandra Alva, A C Vinayaraj, Hilda Alva, Mithun Rai, Ashith Pereria, Melwyin R, Praveen Alva, Girish Alva and Sohail were present on the occasion.

    If anybody observes closely the above photos,its clearly visible that DK Congress has broken clearly with sincere/long standing members of the party has staying away from the party affairs.There is a strong under current DK unit of the party as there is continueos discarding the real Congressmen by the state level/highcommand leaders.Even after eating the dust in the recent MP election in state/country/dist these people has not understood the pulse of the people.The discontentment amonst the real workers will damage the party severaly in the days to come.

    Mr. Prabhu, I agree with your comments, and would like to add some. This function was not organized by Youth Congress, but was organized by Ivan himself. All these guys have been actively involved with Ivan, in his silly protests.
    Time will tell if Ivan will really remain faithful to the Congress party.

    Thats why I see no youths in the photos.Except Ivan's right hand Mithun there are no real youths.Little yuthfullness is seen in Bhayachandra Jain!!!

    What development have you done before ???
    When Rickshaw drivers protest for something you are with them,
    When KSRTC drivers protest for something you are with them.
    But till now you staying in manglore no improvements are done on your side .....
