'Entertainment' crosses Rs 50 crores in box office

Mumbai, Aug 15: Akshay Kumar's 'Entertainment' continued to remain steady on its first Wednesday. The film collected Rs 4.12 crores on its sixth day. It now stands with a total collection of Rs 52.94 crores at the domestic box office.

The film was slammed by the critics. But Akshay Kumar's star power and good word of mouth helped the film to collect decently. The film can be termed as safe for the investors.

The movie is expected to suffer from second week as all the screens of the film will be snatched away by 'Singham Returns'. 'Entertainment' stars Akshay Kumar, Tamannah Bhatia, Sonu Sood, Prakash Rai, Mithun Chakraborthy, Johny Lever and Krushna Abhishek in pivotal roles. The film is directed by Sajid-Farhad.
