Liverpool, Sep 13: Konkani Catholics of Liverpool, U.K., had a wonderful celebration of traditional “Monti Feast” in the residence of Ronald Matilda Menezes. Fr. Abraham D’Souza, SVD, the renowned retreat preacher from Divine Call Centre, Mulki, graced the occasion and celebrated the holy Eucharist.



Twelve Konkani Catholics of the region sang the traditional “Sakkad Sagatha Melliyaam” and honoured Mother Mary’s birthday. It was the first time Konkani Catholics of Liverpool came together to celebrated the Nativity of Our Lady. Ivor Judith D’Souza were chefly responsible for the organization of this historical event.
