Ville Parle Assn of Bunts hold 13th annual general meet

Mumbai, Sep 23: The Juhu Andheri Versova Ville Parle Association of Bunts (Javab) organized a 13th Annual General meeting in Blue Waters hotel in Andheri West recently.

The event was presided by Javab president Nagesh N Shetty. He then lit the lamp and inaugurated the programme along with secretary Baskar Shetty Karnad and treasurer Satish Bandari.

Vice-president B Shivaram Nayak welcomed the guests. General secretary Prakash S Shetty presented last year's annual report card; treasurer Jaya Prakash Shetty presented the annual accounts report.

Addressing the gathering, Javab president Nagesh N Shetty said, "It is our prime aim is to keep unity among bunts; this forum is the proof of the unity and can showcase to the world. The new office was inaugurated recently, to proceed ahead with the developmental work in the coming years the support of the people is important."

Many students were handed over with scholarships and talented students were honoured with mementoes. The main sponsers for the scholarships are Dr Sadananda N Shetty and Shobha Sadananda Shetty. Ramesh N Shetty, Vamana Shetty, Sathya Shalini Shetty, J V shetty, advocate Ananda P Shetty, B R Poonja, Raghu L Shetty, Ashok R Shetty, Sitharam Shetty, C V Shetty and Mahesh Shetty were present.

Former president, member of Salaha Samithi N C Shetty, Shankar T Shetty, Vishwanath Hegde, B Vivek Shetty, Raghu L Shetty, Jayaram N Shetty, Mahesh S Shetty, Krishna Y Shetty and others were also present.

C V Shetty compered the programme. Baskar Shetty Karnad delivered the vote of thanks.
