Billavara Association holds kumkumarchane programme

Mumbai, Sep 29: The women's wing of Billavara Association, Mumbai, held Lalitha Sahasra, Kumkumarchane and Dandiya Ras as every year at Brahmashree Narayana Mandira with gaiety on Saturday, Sep 27. The programmes were under the leadership of Women's wing executive president Shankuntala K Kotian.

Billavara Association, Mumbai President Nithyananda D Kotian, Senior author Dr Sunitha M Shetty and Bharath bank Executive Vice President Advocate Rohini J Salian lighted the traditional lamp and set the Navarathri festival celebrations in motion.

 

Association Vice President Chandrashekar S Poojary and Bhaskar M Salian, Honorary Chief Secretary Dr U Dhananjay Kumar, Honorary Chief Treasurer Bhaskar V Bangera, Joint secretary Harish G Salian, Women's wing's Prabha K Bangera, Chandrakala R Suvarna, local and coordination committee leaders were present.

Bank's directors K N Suvarna, J A Kotian, Gangadhara K Poojary, K B Poojary, Ashok M Kotian, Managing director C R Mulki, Chief General Manager Anil Kumar R Amin, General Manager Shobha Dayanand were the notable guests present. Women's wing members and children presented Dandiya Ras programme. Most women and youth participated in Garbharas dance programme.
