Mumbai, Nov 6: All India Tulu Koota, on the eve of its silver jubilee celebrations, will be holding World Tulu festival at the Sahyadri College grounds in Adyar, Mangalore from December 12 to December 14.

A meeting of Mumbai cultural committee which will be presenting cultural programme during the festival, is scheduled to be held at Samarasa hall of Karnataka Sangha, Mumbai on Thursday, Nov 6 at 5.30 pm.

Cultural committee convener Thonse Vijay Kumar Shetty said that programmes will reflect Tulu culture such as social history, ancient and Janapada. He informed that unique programmes contributing to Tulu culture will be presented during the event.

Cultural committee organizer Karnooru Mohan Rai requested the artistes to be present at the venue in time. Thousands of Tulu speaking people in Mumbai have obtained donation coupons for the success of the festival.

All India Tulu Okkoota president Dharmapal U Devadiga requested all Tulu speaking people, well wishers, hotel owners and the employees to obtain donation coupons and actively participate in the conference.
