Mangaluru, Dec 12: Zumba Fitness, the biggest international dance fitness programme that has taken India by storm, is now in Mangaluru. The event, a non-stop fitness party for 90 minutes, will be held on Saturday December 13 from 5.30 pm at St Aloysius High School Grounds.

Zumba Fitness, created by Albreto Perez, came into existence in 2001. This exhilarating, fun fitness format is changing the lives of many. Whether you want to lose weight or simply stay fit, Zumba Fitness is the answer.

This fitness programme that started as happy accident is now in 180 countries with 15 million people taking Zumba classes around the world.

For the first time, Zumba Fitness Mega Master Class comes to Mangaluru. All the Zumba Fitness Instructors of Mangalore have come together to make this happen. This mega event is expected to witness over 300 participants from Mangalore, Bangalore and other cities. It is going to be 90 minutes of non-stop dancing, burning calories and having a lot of fun.

The event will be presented by the two Zumba education specialist/master trainers of India, Sucheta Pal and Shwetambari Shetty. They have presented many other such shows around India and abroad. This is the first of its kind in Mangalore and many more will happen in the future.
