Kasargod, Jan 12: In yet another accident, two youths lost their lives after a tanker rammed into their bike at Kalikkadavu here late night on Sunday January 11.
The victims have been identified as Shibu (29) and C Sharath (28), residents of Karivellur of Kannur district.
Shibu and Sharath were riding towards Kanhangad when the tanker rammed into their bike.
It is learnt that Shibu died on the spot while Sharath succumbed to injuries on the way to a hospital in Mangaluru.
Shibu was a construction worker while Sharath was a lorry cleaner.
The bodies were shifted to Periyaram Hospital for post-mortem and later handed over to the families.
