Mangaluru: Car hits two motor bikes - Five injured, one seriously

Mangaluru, Jan 19: After a car moving towards Bajpe from Kaikamba hit two motor bikes near the arch of Kaikamba Dhoomavathi Daivasthana at Kaikamba on Sunday January 18 afternoon, five persons were injured, including one whose condition is stated to be serious.

One of the two motor bikes hit by the car was moving towards Kaikamba from Kandavara Moodukare, while the other one was going towards Kaikamba from Bajpe.

The condition of one of the persons travelling by one of the motor bikes is said to be serious. He has been identified as Seetaram alias Kumar (30) from Moodukare. Three others on the motor bike and a small boy in the car were injured and got admitted into a hospital. The four persons on the motor bike were Moodukare Ravi, Seetharam, Vinay, and Kavita. The injured boy was Faujan (8).

After the accident, the car too suffered damages, and stopped after swerving to a side.

A case was registered in Bajpe police station relating to the accident.
