Unity Health Complex celebrates Republic Day

Mangaluru, Jan 26: Unity Health Complex, celebrated the 66th Republic day here on Monday January 26 at Unity Hospital. Dr Jayaram Shenoy, Consultant Senior General and Laprascopic Surgeon presided over as the chief guest. Dr C P Habeeb Rahman (Chairman) and Dr Ashfaque Mohammed shared the dais on this great occasion.

On this auspicious occasion, the employees who have completed 20 years of service in Unity were honored. Lalitha – Senior Lab Technologist, Kasthuri- Female Nursing Orderly and Benedict D’souza – Watchman were the employees honoured.






Special invitee Keshav, Auto Rickshaw Driver was honored for his honesty and sincerity.

Keshav, an Auto rickshaw driver, who has proved himself in his field and has elevated the name of his colleagues by his exemplary act of honesty and sincerity. The chairman of the hospital recently lost his mobile phone at Mangalore Railway Station and lost hopes of ever getting it back. But Keshav who found it, sincerely returned.

Dr C P Habeeb Rahman in his presidential address stated "On our 66th Republic Day we at Unity Health Complex rejoins along with our other Indian for the development and recognize position of India in the international field."

He also stated that honesty and sincerity which makes everyone great in whichever field he or she works.
