Saudis foil attempt to smuggle man into UAE

Riyadh, Feb 15 (Emirates 247) : Saudi border customs men foiled an attempt to smuggle a man into the UAE by hiding him under luggage in the car boot, a Saudi newspaper reported on Sunday.

Customs authorities searching the car at Al Batiha border point found the man lying under bags in the boot, 'Ajel' Arabic language daily said.

It quoted customs officials as saying the man and his smuggler were arrested but it gave no other details.
