Mangaluru, Jun 24: An additional sleeper compartment will be added to Bengaluru-Karwar Express night train (16523/16524) from August 1. A first class 2-tier AC compartment has been added to Lokamanya Tilak - Kochuveli Express train (22113/22114) from June 22, a release from Konkan Railway said.

The release also asked those reserving seats to note that the weekly Kochuveli-Dehradun-Kochuveli Express train No has been changed from 12287 to 22659. Likewise, the Dehradun-Kochuveli train's number has been changed to 22660 from the current 12288 from August 1, it stated.
