Mangaluru, Jul 15: Janardhan (35), who was residing in a rented room at Ajaru in Kateel, ended his life by hanging himself at his room late night on Monday July 13.
Janardhan belonged to Vogga in Bantwal taluk. He used to work as taxi driver operating from the airport in the city. For the sake of convenience, he had hired a room near Kateel. He was unmarried.
Is is suspected that Janardhan would have decided to end his life, having been frustrated at mounting debt and dwindling means, making it impossible to clear the liabilities. A case was registered in Bajpe police station, and policemen have been conducting investigation.
