Mangaluru , Aug 11: “United Christians Association(R) in collaboration with Kasturiba Medical College, Manipal will be holding announcement of organ and body donation in 'Kalangaan' here on August 15 at 11am” said Francis Fernandes of United Christians Association.
He also said that the programme will be be organized to create awareness among the donation of organ and body after death for medical research and studies.
Dr Antony Silvin D'Souza, vice principal of KMC will give talk on the organ donation and body donation.
The organization will also observe August 13 as the organ donors day.
Albun Menezes, Robert Rosario, Dr Vasundhara Saralaya and Sampath Madhyastha were present on the occasion.
