The case hier is never ever a rape ,instead a cheating case can be filed ,since mutual relationship.why People are everything as a rape identify?Afterall the Girl is part of this affair, not waiting till his promise in reality showed.what will they do with him?at the most they may ask him to pay compensation or marry?Better not have such a father who runs away instead of taking responsibility. In future too wont be taking responsibility.
