Puttur: Kerala man beaten up for trying to 'hire' woman

Daijiworld Media Network - Puttur

Puttur, Sep 6: A man was assaulted for allegedly trying to 'hire' a woman at Ishwaramangala here on Saturday September 5.

The man's identity is not known, but he is said to be from Kerala.

It is said that the man had come to a poultry farm in Ishwarmangala to buy chicken, and pointing at a woman who worked there, allegedly enquired from some people whether she would go with him if he paid her Rs 500.

The locals who were outraged at his audacity chased him away.

However, on September 5, he came to the farm again and pointing at the same woman, asked a boy if he would 'set him up' with her for Rs 1,000.

To his bad luck, the boy happened to be the woman's son!

The boy immediately informed the locals and his mother who gathered at the spot and caughte hold of the man.

He was tied, beaten up and finally chased out of the area.

No case has been registered.

Book the Lady, what man made is there any evidence? If yes then he should be booked accordingly. If not there should be a complaint from lady. This can be a act of revenge. No one is above the law. This is inhuman and insane. Who are we to punish the victims and why there is judiciary? Till all Indians not considered same from north to south, East to south we have no future.

IN every angle the inaction of coastal police led to this problem.See in attavar incident the video clip shows just few number of chaddi isis goondas was on duty and public watching silently. If public can retaliate for pickpocketers then why not with chaddi isis goondas. If these kind of anarchy continues then the congress govt must resign with respect at least. We have some capable administrators especially from the exploited community.

No one has the right to take law in to their hands, he should have handed over to police instead of beating and humiliating in public. He must be a stupid or mental guy to ask woman in public, as those conmen do it cleverly as these people used to do business and other things in our district.

It is very simple & ease to say "THE PEOPLE DID WRONG".

Will you accept if your family is sold for 1000rs ?

Do this act 100 times & the next 1000 people will have fear or else let him handed over to Police & in 500rs he will be out hunting somebody else.
