Gold price closes up

Hong Kong, Sep 9 (IANS): The gold price in Hong Kong went up HK$2 to close at HK$10,380 per tael on Wednesday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society.

The price is equivalent to $1,124.28 a troy ounce, up 22 cents.
