Kolar, Sep 18: A senior citizen from the town felt insulted and humiliated when his first wife left him with their grown-up daughter. She said she would only come back if he deserted his second wife. As the first wife stood firm and refused to respond to his pleas to come back, he decided to teach her a lesson and force her to return to him.

Venkatappa (65) from Bangarpet town in the district, has two wives. Because of this, the family saw fights and differences often. Frustrated at this turn of event, Venkatappa's first wife, who is 50 years old, left him and started staying with her daughter. Venkatappa's ego was hurt because of this development, and he was infuriated when his wife refused to budge, even after he made efforts to force her to come back and stay with him.

Seething with anger, Venkatappa got a large number of nude posters of his wife prepared, and pasted them across the town. His wife did not take kindly to this act, and promptly approached the police, The police have arrested Venkatappa and registered a case against him.

In the meanwhile, perhaps feeling insulted and ashamed at the ways owned by her husband, it is gathered that Venkatappa's second wife too has abandoned him.
