May her soul rest in peace. Great loss to her parents especially since she lost her life at a very young age.

It is not normal to just dead from low blood pressure. That has nothing to do with low blood sugar which arises from not eating. It is more likely that she had a sudden in blood pressure from "anaphylatic shock" - an allergic reaction perhaps from medication or an insect bite. I trust that the medical authorities will find the cause.

    Very sad incident
Low blood pressure attacks quite often when people skip breakfast and on diet mode. Once my boss who was dieting to weight about to collapse, we rushed him to hospital and put him on drips
Later he told that he ate a piece of cake with pepsi for breakfast and skipping dinner for some time
    Doctors knows best.
