Rahul Kamath reelected as president of cashew manufacturers assn

Mangaluru, Sep 28 : At the 60th annual general meeting of The Karnataka cashew manufacturers association held on September 28, Bola Rahul Kamath, of Bola Surendra Kamath and sons, Kedinje was reelected as the president for the year 2015-16 unanimously. In his acceptance speech he reiterated the need to focus efforts on increasing raw cashew nut production as the cashew processing industry in Karnataka is growing at 20% year on year.

Others Office-Bearers and committee Members elected for the year 2015-2016 are:

Vice President- Krishnanath Mallar of Mallar Exports Pvt Ltd, Udupi.

Treasurer-Santhosh D’Silva of Santhosh Cashews, Karkala.

Secretary -M Tukaram Prabhu of M Madhavaraya Prabhu, Mangaluru.

Joint Secretary- D Gopinath Kamath, Chithara Cashews, Udupi

Following of the members were elected to the Managing Committe:

K Ganesh Kamath, B Rajendra Kini, H Satish Pai, K Pramod Kamath, T Narayana Hegde, M Dinesh Pai, Krishna K N, P Subraya Pai, K S Balram, D Panduranga Kamath, D Vaudeva Kamath, Shivaprasad M, Nagaraj Shetty,Srinivas Hegde, Gowrish Naik, Amith Pai,Vittal Roy Kamath, Panduranga Nayak, Rohith Kamath, Christan Dsouza and Laxminarayana Nayak.
