Mumbai, Oct 6: Bunts Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IBCCI) and Mulund Bunts business organizations jointly held a seminar on healthy living at Muktananda auditorium, Bantara Bhavan, Kurla east on the morning of Sunday Oct 4. Bunts Sangha Mumbai president Karnire Vishwanatha Shetty inaugurated the programme after lighting the traditional lamp.
“As jealousy, anger, egos etc grow among us, we develop mental sickness. It is but natural that we lose happiness. Our negative thoughts create illness. How can we be happy then? A clean mind adds to human health. So, we should have a pure mind. If we keep our minds under control, we will have a healthy life. The industries of medicine are the centers of commercial activities. It is unfortunate that scientific discoveries are making us unscientific,” said Dr B M Hegde, retired vice chancellor of Manipal University on the occasion.
