Udupi: Foundation stone laid for Archana Classic residential apartments

Udupi, Oct 16: Foundation stone was laid for Archana Classic, residential apartments of Archana Projects Udupi, on Friday October 16 near Ambalpady medical center, Beedu Marga, Ambalpady in Udupi.

H H Shivananda Saraswathi Swamiji of Kavale Math blessed and laid the foundation stone for this 9th project of Archana Projects.


































After the foundation stone laying ceremony, inauguration of the formal function was done by lighting the lamp. On the occasion Dr N B Vijay Ballal, Administrative trustee of Shri Mahakali Janardhana temple Ambalpadi, N B Tripurasundari Ballal, Ambalpadi, Vishwanatha Shenoy, President Giants Udupi, Shantharaj Aithal, President suhasum, Yashwanth Nayak, Administrative trustee, Ammunnje, Vasanthi Shetty, Councilor Udupi city Municipality corporation and the promoters- Managing Director of Archana Projects Dr Aravind Nayak, Ammunnje and Managing Partner Amit Aravind were present on the occasion.

In his blessings Swamiji said "One can get the grace of God if he can put efforts in every work and can become successful in life. Dr Arvaind Nayak as professional doctor reached greater heights due to his efforts and commitment. On this occasion of Navarathri, may he be blessed with God's grace and many more such projects come through him for the people in the society."

Dr N B Vijay Ballal after releasing the brochures of the project said "Quality plus commitment equals to Dr Arvaind Nayak. He had kept all this in his previous projects and he also follows the same in his day to day life. Living peacefully in a house is a real vaastu. Ambalpady is a planned and peaceful area to live. May Mahakali Matha bless and protect all of us who live in this area."

Dr Aravind Nayak welcomed the gathering, Amit Aravind proposed the vote of thanks. Jayaram Acharya Saligram compered the programme.

About the project

Total 60 apartments are coming up in the proposed residential apartments in ground plus 3 floored building and parking will be made in the stilt floor. 16 units of 1 BHK, 36 units of 2 BHK and 8 units of 3 BHK, measuring from 665 square feet to 1,470 square feet are there in the building.
