Bengaluru, Jan 9: A woman who joined a house as a domestic help stole valuables after offering massage to the homemaker.

The incident happened at Mico Layout in city on Friday. Lakshmi Narasamma is the victim.

As per details, a woman who mentioned her name as Lakshmamma came to Narasamma on Thursday and requested her to employ her as a domestic help. Narasamma who was also looking for a domestic help asked Lakshmamma to join from Friday.

On Friday Lakshmamma started the work and completed the household chores promptly. Narasamma was pleased with the work of Lakshmamma.

Later Lakshmamma offered to give Narasamma a massage. Narasamma agreed happily. Lakshmamma told Narasamma to remove her gold ornaments while she gave massage for which the homemaker did not object.

When Narasamma fell asleep during the massage, the domestic help fled from the house with the valuables.

When Narasamma’s husband came and woke her up, it was realised that the newly employed sweet -talking housemaid had vanished with the valuables.

A case stands registered at the Electronics City police limits and the police have begun investigations. Narasamma revealed that she did not collect any details of the housemaid before employing her.
