Bengaluru, Jan 14: Past President of FKCCI R Shivakumar has been appointed as Chairman of ASSOCHAM Karnataka Regional Council, the new regional outfit of ASSOCHAM New Delhi.
Shivakumar also heads the Kumar group of Companies in Bengaluru.
Another past president of FKCCI S Babu, who is also the Chairman of Ashwin Precision Products Pvt Ltd, has been appointed as Co-Chairman of ASSOCHAM Karnataka Regional Council.
The new regional council of ASSOCHAM in Karnataka is expected to play a significant role in the development of Industry and Trade in the State.
The Industry associations and the apex chambers have wholeheartedly welcomed the new initiative of ASSOCHAM, New Delhi for focusing on the regional development.
Karnataka is expected to benefit immensely with the formation of regional council.
