May be if Mayor Jacintha Alfred is too busy, she could ask Oscar Fernandes to lend her a helping hand or she could give an important portfolio to Oscar Fernandes temporarily as he seems to be entirely idle without doing anything. He hasn't not contributed either to people's expectation when the situation demanded. So it is anybody's guess.
