The third pic from top shows the bike tire skid marks on the wrong side of the yellow line.

1- yellow line is like a divider. You are strictly not allowed to cross it While driving/ riding ! Shows the bikes were on the wrong side

2- skid marks indicate these bikes tried to brake at high speeds

3- on that narrow road, vehicles on the opposite lane have no place to move when there are idiots trying to commit suicide

Our cops take the easy way out. They cannot do anything to educate road users / enforce rules. So the simplest way is to blindly blame the larger / more expensive vehicle

It is not the whole mistake of truck driver. As per the people from Kanjarkatte and Adve it was told that, these 2 boys were racing on this street. They were riding very recklessly and the incident where the accident had occurred is a blind turn. These 2 boys had collided to themselves and met with an accident. It has become practice of police and people giving news to just blame truck drivers. we must investigate the accident proper and come with the conclusion instead of blaming someone blindly. most of the 2 wheeler accidents happening today is due to reckless riding. These boys could even kill someone crossing the road with their speed. I don't know why the govt. have allowed such high speed machine in our country when we do not have infrastructure as well as discipline. even we must change our system of punishing the drivers. the drivers who are involved in fatal accident must be taken in to rehabilitation centres and made them understand the importance of safe driving. they must be shows the fate of the victims family who have been befallen by their recklessness and made the m understand if he would have been little bit careful the family wouldn't be suffering today. This is most important orals we shall never change. we have potential killer machine in hand and to drive responsibly is in our hand and society's duty.

If you are riding a DUKE and if you dont race then Duke ki ijjat karab ho jayegi. Parents will blame government and trucks but they wont think before giving bike. The bus service here is much better than anywhere else.Parents wants to show the money.

I agree fully the comments of Mr. William Rodrigues. I personally call bikes "death cart". My humble request to parents, if affordable go for small four wheelers rather than bikes for their children or else let them use public transport. On the other hand Indian rules are so relaxed, the driver who killed will be released very next day and on the road driving and looking for another prey. Such careless drivers should be behind the bars at least five years so that it will be lesson for the others. In Gulf countries he will be jailed for ever or should pay blood-money of around Indian Rs 35 (Thirty five) Lacs.

Supreme court had recently imposed rule of wearing helmets even for pillion riders all over the state. Despite wearing ISI marked helmets the ill-fated have left us. Now supreme court may please give the compensation to the victims family for this mishap.

The force of impact between a RC200 and a Bajaj Pulsar 200NS at 150Kmph is the reason for this tragedy.

He is from Suratkal. College is in Sunkadakatte. He is in Nandikoor. They want high CC bikes an dont want cheaper ones. Speed is the only reason. When a truck or bus overtaking you better you give a way for them rather than competing with them. If the truck hits bike or the bike hits truck result will be the same. This is the trend in youngsters to overtake bus and trucks.

I dont think that will work.if you want bikes above 150cc to be banned then you should also ban all the vehicles which crashes. it's not about the bikes but the way we use it. the people who ride these kind of sports bikes and superbikes should initially get to know their bike.everyone can go fast but they should also be able to stop it in case of an emergency.they can be given training on these bikes like what we see in european countries.proper quality riding gears should be worn when you ride. atleast a helmet all the time no matter how small the distance you ride is. if you want to race, then you can take your bike to a race track which will build your skills and biking knowledge but it shouldn't be done on street which may harm the innocents also. i'm so shocked to know what happened to this young man. please please ride and drive safe for yourself and the ones who loves you

What's this? Was the collision so deadly?? How did a helmet break into pieces???
Helmet manufacturers should make sure that helmets can withstand such collision impact stresses.
There is no point in having a helmet weaker than the skull.

 Please please youngsters be careful while riding. It may not be our fault but the life once lost will not be brought back. If there are 100 traffic rules, but we should add 10 more ie in knowing the other vehicle drivers erratic ways, moods etc.

I do agree with Indian, Bolar but sorry for Krishna Mayya for losing his life in an accident.Main problem is with RTO's.Besides no proper training is imparted to the trainee while applying for driving licence like in western countries and middle east countries.Main reason for more accidents are:-

1). No proper adherence to traffic rules.

2).Over speeding

3).Thrill among the youngsters while on wheels.

4).Negligence, ignorance of RTO officials in implementing strict traffic rule.

5). Moreover corruption, bribe in RTO.

6).No separate lane for two-wheeler, heavy vehicles, auto rickshaws, buses and cars.

7).No respect to pedestrians, old people, ladies with child by the drivers.

I pray God to rest departed soul of Krishna Mayya to rest in eternal peace and grant courage, energy, strength to the bereaved family to overcome this grief.

RIP Krishna Mayya.....sorry to say we Indians are not used to good roads there has been many accident in this road from padubidri to karkala because of good roads...I think RTO must follow strict guidelines while issuing licences at least show 10% of strictness followed in UAE and take tests on roads not on some hills in vamanjoor riding on road and empty hills there is a lot of difference.introduce black points in licenses so that repeated offenders licenses are cancelled.....
