Mangaluru, Feb 21: The bhoomi puja for 'Sunshine Palazzo', the new residential-cum-commercial venture of Sunshine Royal Developers coming up in Suratkal, was held on Sunday February 21.
During the formal function, one of the directors of Sunshine Royal Developers, K B Kotian, addressed the gathering and said, "This building will be a new landmark in the area. As a firm which has delivered excellence in Mumbai and Udupi we give importance to building quality residences. This place has the best connectivity to all the major destinations, and would be a best place to relax for Mangalureans who want to come back to their hometown.

The programme was presided over by land owner Babu Karkera.
Titus Noronha welcomed and compered the programme while Sukumar Shriyan rendered the vote of thanks.
