Bengaluru, Feb 28: He fell in love with another woman after his first marriage. He did not feel sorry about it. He daringly sent invitation to the first wife to inform that he was getting married to another woman. Probably the invitation was sent just to inform her. He did not expect her to come to the marriage hall. And when she really turned up there, the man ran away from the marriage hall.

The incident happened within K G Hally police limits in city recently. Ibrahim Baig is the man who was ‘bridegroom’ who disappeared from the wedding venue.

Ibrahim has been married to Tahsina Hussein for the past 5 years. The couple have two children. Three years back, Ibrahim fell with love with another woman named Sabiha. The issue did not remain a secret for long. When Tahsina learned about it, Ibrahim was not worried, instead he started threatening Tahsina that he would marry Sabiha.
Later Ibrahim stopped living with Tahsina and children. He started living at his father’s house at Shivaji Nagar and sometimes with Sabiha who stayed very near to the house Tahsina was staying. One fine day he sent the wedding invitation with his and Sabiha’s photo to Tahsina.

Tahsina, who was taken aback, did not respond immediately. She took the matter in her stride and planned to ‘attack’ Ibrahim on right time and right day. When Tahsina reached the marriage hall on the wedding day, Ibrahim lost control as he did not expect her to come there. He did not know how to tackle the issue. The only way out for him was to get out. Accordingly, he simply ran away from the marriage hall.

In Ibrahim’s absence, now it is the fight between Tahsina and Sabiha. Tahsina has complained to the police that Ibrahim married the second wife when the first marriage was still in force. Sabiha has complained to the police that Tahsina has been a threat to Ibrahim.
