Udupi: Three suspected Ganja peddlers in car arrested

Udupi, Mar 8: Revenue officials on Ambagilu – Manipal joint road on Sunday night, March 6 have reportedly arrested three Ganja peddlers.


Shekar Bomme Gowda(35), Hemanth Hanumantappa (40) and Anand Marian(35), the suspects who are residents of Uttara Kannada were on their way to Manipal via Kundapur in Omni car to distribute Ganja to their customers in Manipal.

The Ganja and the car worth Rs 3.5 lac have been seized. The Ganja is said to be worth Rs 20 thousands. A case is registered in the Revenue department.
